delivery times vary from
2 to 12 weeks depending on your choice of goods, please contact us
for details.
When placing your order we will give an expected lead time for delivery,
in due course our delivery agent will contact you to arrange a suitable date and give an expected time for delivery.
Our standard delivery is a one man service to the doorstep of your
building. If required we offer a two man service
that includes taking the bed to your chosen room and if required for an extra cost assembly of your new bed, please contact us for details.

| Before ordering your new bed |
Please measure your room and access to ensure your chosen size of bed
will fit. Orders returned because they will not fit through your door,
up your stairwell or into your room are not eligible for a refund and you will still be charged with the
full cost of your order.
As a guide the narrowest point in any home is often the stairway, remember to measure the shortest distance between the ceiling and the stairs. If access is limited mattresses can be made in two halves that can be zipped together. Divan bases can also be split in two or even four sections to ensure they will fit in your room of choice. |
